Housing Floor Plans and Hooks

There are three tiers of housing in each neighborhood, and four neighborhoods (one for each race of Middle Earth). Each house has a certain number of "hooks" of various kinds, and only a furniture item of a particular type can be used in each kind of hook. Below is a list of the kinds of hooks found in a typical house of each tier. If I learn that the hook count is different for houses for each race, I will modify this list accordingly.
